Every tube amplifier has its “sweet spot” with the perfect balance of pre-amp and power amp saturation, which is usually too loud both on stage and at home. The Captor X is a unique compact reactive load box that combines an attenuator for tube amplifiers, an extremely flexible microphone and cab simulation as well as an IR loader and stereo expander for use at home, live and in the studio in one device.

With the Captor X it is possible to play a tube amplifier in a great sounding room and with an extraordinary selection of perfectly coordinated loudspeaker cabinets and microphones at low volume or even silently.

From the end of September the Captor X will also be available for amplifiers with 16 ohms in addition to the 8 ohm version.
