We are pleased to announce the fourth generation of Nord Keyboards’ flagship product – the Nord Stage 4.

With an intuitive new control panel design, a premium triple-sensor keyboard, complete effects sections for each layer, and massive improvements to our award-winning technologies, the Nord Stage 4 sets a new standard.

The Nord Stage 4 is again available in three different keyboard versions. The 88-key and 73-key variants feature a newly developed hammer action keyboard with triple sensor, and the Stage 4 Compact is equipped with a semi-weighted 73-key Waterfall keyboard with triple sensor. All three variants now feature physical drawbars with LEDs for the organ section. The new panel design relies on a layer concept with faders per layer in all three sound engine sections instead of 2 panels as in the predecessor. This allows for even faster and more intuitive operation when used on stage. The completely redesigned synthesizer section is based on our popular Nord Wave 2 and offers a total of 3 layers and an external mode for advanced external MIDI control, The piano and organ sections each have 2 layers. All effects in the new effects section are now available per layer, not just per panel. The Stage 4 is complemented by the new Nord Sustain Pedal 2 and Nord Triple Pedal 2, which feature continuous sensors for optimal dynamic control and access to the piano section’s Pedal Noise and Half Damping functions.

The Nord Stage 4 will be available in March/April 2023.
