It features a back elektret condenser mic capsule with a super cardioid polar pattern and can handle a maximum SPL of 118dB, making it the perfect choice for capturing even the loudest sound sources. With a great off-axis rejection and a tailored frequency response, the ZSG-1 is also perfect for recording dialogue and creating sound effects. Furthermore it can be used either on-camera with the included shock mount or off-camera with a pistol grip or even with a mobile phone rig. The ZSG-1 is an extreme versatile microphone and is the perfect choice for content creators who are facing a wide range of filmmaking situations. The ZSG-1 will ship in Q4 2023.
